About Mark
My name is Mark (he, him), and I work with adults in the working world who:
Struggle to cope with stress related to their work or career;
Want to have better boundaries with work; &
Are open to exploring how this relates to other parts of life.
Using my background in career development & Human Resources paired with my strengths-based, trauma-informed and solutions-focused approach to helping my clients, I partner with you to develop a map that helps you feel better about where you're going and how you'll get there.
I utilize CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization &
Reprocessing), Person-Centered and Ketamine-Assisted therapies. I work with clients residing in California - both in Oakland, CA, and virtually.
I live in the Bay Area with my husband and 2 rambunctious terrier mixes.
How to work with me:
Send me a message so that we can set up time to discuss what's on your mind in a no-pressure (no cost) intake session.
If it seems like a good fit, we work together to leverage your unique strengths to make progress towards your goals.
On average, I work with clients for about six months (12 to 18 sessions). I believe the trusting relationship we develop is the #1 contributor* to you achieving your goals.
