Working with Mark
Do you struggle with anxious thoughts about not doing enough?
…find yourself drained doing things you once considered routine?
…experience difficultly being content in your relationships?
…see these challenges showing up in your work?
Using my background of decades trekking the corporate world paired with my strengths-based, trauma-informed and solutions-focused approach, I partner with you to feel:
better connected to your unique strengths,
more compassionate towards yourself and in your relationships,
and more confident in your decisions - both at work and in life.
How to work with me:
Send me a message so that we can set up time to discuss what's on your mind in a no-pressure (no cost) intake session.
If it seems like a good fit, we work together to set achievable goals and a plan to help you make progress towards achieving them.
I believe the trusting relationship we develop is the #1 contributor* to achieving your goals.
